We always hope you can make it to our events, but we understand that sometimes plans change. Here's how refunds work:
Refunds are subject to a small administrative charge based on your ticket price:
Tickets under £25 → £1
£25–£50 → £2
Every additional £25 adds £1 to the charge
Refunds are generally not available for events less than 7 days away, although we can sometimes make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
Some tickets may be non-refundable; this will always be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Refunds are processed according to the above guidelines and can take up to 5 working days, so you know exactly what to expect.
We truly hope you can join us and enjoy the event — but if not, we’ll make the refund process as simple and fair as possible!
Email on waywardevents@hotmail.com to start the refund.
