Take some time out for yourself and join us for a gentle and relaxing Introduction to Hypnotherapy group session in support of Survive Abuse Counselling. brought to you by Rebecca from Bee At One Therapy, a fully qualified and experienced trauma counsellor and hypnotherapist. 

You will be guided into a calm meditative and hypnotic state designed to help you slow down, switch off from daily stress, and reconnect with yourself. This session is a chance to indulge in some much-needed self-care whilst learning more about how hypnotherapy can help support emotional wellbeing, confidence, relaxation and positive change.

Whether you want to:

  • reduce stress and anxiety
  • improve confidence and self-esteem
  • quiet a busy mind
  • feel more emotionally balanced
  • let go of overwhelm
  • or simply experience deep relaxation

This session offers a safe and supportive introduction to the power of hypnosis and guided relaxation.

No previous experience is needed — just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself time to rest, reset and recharge.

Contraindications

Unfortunately, hypnotherapy may not be suitable for everyone. This group session is not recommended for individuals currently experiencing:

  • psychosis or schizophrenia
  • severe dissociative disorders
  • active substance or alcohol intoxication
  • unmanaged epilepsy (without medical advice)
  • severe personality disorders where grounding may be impacted
  • individuals currently in acute mental health crisis

This session is intended for relaxation and wellbeing purposes and is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric treatment. If you are unsure whether hypnotherapy is suitable for you, please seek advice from a medical professional before attending.

Please also note:

  • You will remain aware and in control throughout hypnosis.
  • Participation is entirely voluntary.
  • Comfortable clothing is recommended.
  • Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in, we will aim to start by 7.30pm.
